Free Tips On Losing Weight Fast
Weight loss is something so many of us struggle with. We yo-yo from diet to diet, quick fix to quick fix. Yet, we are always disappointed at the end result. What we need is some good, solid advice that helps us lose the pounds, keep the weight off, and stay healthy. So, here are some free tips on losing weight FAST:
Exercise.
A given, I know. You have to get your body in motion. Even if it’s as little as 10 minutes a day. Muscle replaces fat, and boosts up your metabolism. So, work on those muscles. Just start by adding little things in your life like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, maybe not parking your car in the closest parking spot at the grocery store; better yet walk TO the grocery store. By just adding these little extra activities, you will start to get results because you’re getting your body moving. Then you can work on an exercise routine targeting your muscles and cardio.
Eat less bad fats and sugar.
A lot of our diets revolve around bad fats and sugar. We tend to lean toward what’s cheap and convenient, which justifies our trip to a local fast food joint or reaching for that candy bowl at work. There’s no problem having these things sometimes, but here needs to be control and moderation. Notice I say eat less, not cut out completely. I say that because, just what you’ve learned in past diet attempts, cutting out completely usually leads to a binge on what you are cutting out of your life. These things make you happy, they’re satisfying. By all means, have that piece of cake, just make sure it’s a modest slice, then know maybe it’s best to work out a little harder, eat a little better the next day.
Eat fruits, veggies and higher fiber foods
Since you’re doing such a good job at cutting down on the bad things, try adding in some good things. Fruits and veggies are good for you, we know this, and fiber keeps you full. Also eat lean meat (if you eat meat), that way you still get the protein you need while cutting back on the fat. Beans are also a good way to get your protein.
Cut down on carbs.
This is a sure fire way to cut down on weight. You need some carbs for energy, so don’t cut them out completely. Just skip the bread before dinner, or have lettuce wraps instead of tortilla wraps for lunch a couple times a week. This way you’re making subtle changes that will give you quick results.
Try using supplements.
There’s a lot of great supplements in the market that help you get increased weight loss in a short amount of time. It’s convenient because you get a high dosage of good for you products you would have to ingest a lot of to get the same results. Taking one pill is a lot easier then easting ten apples to get the nutrients. They don’t necessarily take the weight off on their own, but in combination with diet and exercise, they definitely aid in increasing the speed at which you lose weight. There are so many things on the market to choose from.
Some really great supplements that come to mind are:
R’ver Complete, which is a 50 mg supplement of resveratrol in each pill. Reveratrol is what you find in the skin of grapes (and wine) that helps aid in weight loss by getting rid of toxins and free radicals.
Another great product to look into is UltraThinFast, which has a combination of acai-berry, green tea extract, and garcinia cambogia, so it’s high in antioxidants, boosts your metabolism and blocks fat. Just be sure to read up on any products you decide to take to make sure they’re safe.
Drink water
Easy enough, right? It’s good for you to stay hydrated, plus it keeps you full. Try drinking a glass a half hour before you eat, you’ll probably eat less. Also, try drinking a glass when you feel hungry, studies have shown that a lot of times when you feel hungry, you’re just thirsty.
Keep track of your food and progress.
Keeping a food journal is a good way to keep track of your eating habits. Before you begin to change your eating habits, I recommend writing down everything you eat on a normal basis for a couple days. It’s a real good wake- up call to motivate you when you realize how much you eat, and how bad for you most of it is. Recording things daily from there on out will help you put your new diet in perspective. Also, track your results as well. Use before and after pictures, weight you’ve lost, and inches. Record all of these things before you start and you will be able to actually see your success week by week. What better motivator is there then your own achievement!
Hopefully these tips have been useful, never stop trying to work toward that goal. Weight loss is achievable in smaller amounts of time then you realize. You just have to be willing to stick to it. Good Luck! Check out our Blog for more Free Tips On Losing Weight Fast.
